Welcome and thank you for your interest. My husband Paul and I feel blessed to call Whitefish, Montana home. The beauty and energy of this area is a source of profound healing to those who live here and experience it.

I am a living example of how a person can, by being open and willing to listen to and follow the hearts guidance, heal the mind, body, and spirit.  I had to be willing to be open and learn how to listen, feel, interpret and trust my body and intuition. Each of us has the greatest wisdom available within, if we desire to access it.  My journey of healing has inspired me to help others in their journey of healing.

I have a deep fascination in Vedic sciences and Eastern medicine. The more I learn, I discover there is much more out there to learn. In my studies, research and personal healing I have experienced first hand that there is much to be gained by utilizing both Western and Eastern medicine. I strongly advocate that optimal vitality can only be achieved by addressing the health of a human being on all levels - mind, body, and spirit and as a unique individual. 

All clients should seek primary care from a licensed medical physician. Ayurveda is not a substitute for allopathic Western medicine, rather, it is a holistic complementary therapy. ​​​​As an Ayurvedic practitioner, licensed massage therapist, subtle energy healer, and minister, my goal is to be of service where my assets can be best utilized.
