Massage & Energy Healing

Offerings include: Marma Therapy, Reiki, High Touch Jin Shin, Integrated Energy Healing (Healing with Angels), Crystal Healing, Chakra balancing, Theta Healing, Akashic Record reading, relaxation massage, foot massage, face/scalp/neck/shoulder massage, and comfort care massage for the medically fragile.* Services may be combined.
*At home comfort therapy for medically fragile clients requires additional fees dependent on travel distance and setup requirements. I offer clients in recliners or medical beds massage and energy healing for comfort care.
Ayurvedic Services
An Ayurvedic Consult consists of two appointments - The first appointment is a 2 hour conversation to discover your unique constitution and explore diet and lifestyle choices that improve digestion, restore balance and create optimal vitality. The second appointment is a half-hour follow up and scheduled 2-8 weeks after the initial appointment. $150
Ayurvedic Therapies - Therapies must be recommended by a consultation with an Ayurvedic Practitioner or Certified Advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner (formerly Ayurvedic Doctor). Ayurvedic massage and therapies often include additional costs above my labor for herbs and oils.
The services provided are based on Ayurvedic principles and according to patient comfort and need. Ayurvedic therapies are recommended depending on doshic imbalance, and not every therapy is appropriate for everyone.
Ayurvedic Massage (Abhyanga) - One hour of abhyanga massage using an Ayurvedic oil. $60 - 85 (cost varies depending on oil).
Day of Bliss Therapy - One to three hours of Ayurvedic therapies such as massage and shirodhara. May be combined with energy therapy. Treatment protocol is recommended by practitioner and tailored considering client preferences. Price varies depending on time, herbs, and oils.
Panchakarma Ayurvedic Therapies - The total cost varies according to the amount of therapies and days. Therapy protocol is recommended by an Ayurvedic Practitioner or Certified Advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner (formerly Ayurvedic Doctor) according to Ayurvedic principals and individual comfort and need. A detailed cost estimate is provided prior to services.
Reiki Training
Reiki l - Healing Self. The goal of the first level of Reiki is gaining an awareness and understanding of energy basics and learning self healing. A two to four hour (depending on students prior training/experience working with energy) class covering the history and fundamentals of Reiki, energy basics, clearing practices, and an attunement. The student receives an attunement and treatment and learns to give a Reiki treatment. This class requires a prior short meeting to ensure student and teacher are a good fit. The student completes Reiki l after 21 days of continuous practice. I am available for lifetime mentoring and student support. This course is self paced depending on practice. $100 and student purchases a Reiki book.
Reiki ll - Healing Others, Time and Distance Healing. A four to six hour class covering energy topics, distance healing and an attunement. The student gives and receives a Reiki healing. This class requires the student to have completed a Reiki l attunement and 21 days of continuous practice prior to the class. The student completes Reiki ll after 21 days of continuous practice using distance healing and completing Reiki healing on six different individuals. I am available for lifetime mentoring and student support. This course is self paced depending on practice. $150
Reiki lll Master - Teaching and Giving Back. A four to six hour class covering advanced energy and metaphysical topics, the Akashic records and an attunement. The student receives an Akashic reading. The student learns and practices giving attunements. This class requires the student to have completed Reiki l and Reiki ll attunements as well as meeting respective course requirements prior to the class. The student completes Reiki lll after 21 days of continuous practice, completing Reiki healing on six different individuals, and completing a Reiki l class and attunement for one person. I am available for lifetime mentoring and student support. This course is self paced depending on practice. $150
